I think it is unclear what is the future prospect and current and future debt of this company and with the down side of economy spook everyone . I guess Singapore is sailing in deeper into economic uncetainity with recent devepoment happening around the neighbouring country and the world at large make it worst |

Undervalued gem, decent balance sheet. Current assets> current liabilities, acid test ratio at 3.691. Don' t seem like this company will go bust. Only concern is the the management, limited growth but definitely worth more than 0.001.
