x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It seems like it as the existing CEO & Directors are collecting & enjoying their " fat" renumeration in term of millions are not going to give up their fight & walk away.    This is as anticipated in my earlier scenario assumption.  Tussle between the existing team and proposed new iincoming team.  Likely to see some movement in QT share prices on Monday. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Reference is made to:  (a)  the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 17 November 2021 in relation to the receipt of the notice of intention dated 16 November 2021 by Mission Well Ltd (&ldquo Mission Well&rdquo ) and Tansri Saridju Benui (" Requisitioning Shareholders" ) to call for an extraordinary general meeting pursuant to Section 177 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50 of Singapore) (&ldquo Notice&rdquo ) and    (b)  the Company&rsquo s announcements dated 17 November 2021 relating to the convening of an extraordinary general meeting proposed by the Requisitioning Shareholders to be held on 2 December 2021 (&ldquo First EGM&rdquo ) and the convening of an extraordinary general meeting proposed by the Requisitioning Shareholders to be held on 15 December 2021 (&ldquo Second EGM&rdquo ) and including the attachments, inter alia, of the notices and circulars to shareholders prepared by the Requisitioning Shareholders in connection with the First EGM and the Second EGM respectively (collectively the &ldquo Old Requisition Documents&rdquo ). The Old Requisition Documents were uploaded and released by the Company at the request of the Requisitioning Shareholders, and for the avoidance of doubt, neither the Company nor the Company&rsquo s Sponsor had reviewed or  approved any of the Old Requisition Documents.    The Company has today received notifications from one of the Requisitioning Shareholders to withdraw the First EGM Notice and the Second EGM Notice respectively (&ldquo Withdrawal&rdquo ). No explanation or reason was given for the Withdrawal.   IN VIEW OF THE WITHDRAWAL, SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD THEREFORE IGNORE IN ENTIRETY THE OLD REQUISITION DOCUMENTS WHICH WERE ISSUED BY THE REQUISITIONING SHAREHOLDERS.  Requisition is withdrawn.  No EGM

(the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) is pleased to announce that on 18 November 2021, the Company allotted and issued 28,853,184 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the &ldquo New Shares&rdquo ) at an issue price of S$0.006 pursuant to the exercise of options granted on 16 September 2013 under the QTV 2013 Share Plan.  The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.  Following the allotment and issuance of the New Shares, the number of issued and paid-up shares in the capital of the Company has increased from 2,239,453,174 to 2,268,306,358 ordinary shares. The Company currently does not hold any treasury shares. The New Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the SGX-ST on 22 November 2021 and trading of the New Shares is expected to commence with effect from 9:00 a.m. on the same date.      BY ORDER OF THE BOARD    Eitan Konstantino Chief Executive Officer 18 November 2021    Based on the abovementioned announcement,  looks like the halt to be lifted for trading on 22 Nov (Monday) @ 9:00 am?
