Now I am really skeptical about the recent event.  I asked myself, why those CB investor still convert even though price is below their conversion price of 12.8cts?  Just hold and if price did go beyond 12.8cts, convert and cash out works.  If price still below 12.8cts, just hold till maturity and get back principle while earning that 8% interest.  Pretty risk free right?  Not really. First there are not rumour of M& A and any foreseeable positive catalyst.  The previous one about he fedreal court throw the case back to hte district court is postivie but not enough to warrant a price recovery. Second QTV is still having cash flow issue.  Without even taking into account that US$20mil damage, their normal operation quarterly requirement alone easily, US$5-6mil.    So whatever cash they have now are those from the CB investors.  So any interest paid to those CB investors are effectively coming from their own invested money.  QTV is not generating cash at all so within the 1.5 year loan period, there is no way QTV can repay the loan.  So what can the CB investors do to recover their (wrong?) investment? I still dun understand how one of the CB investor managed to earn a profit with his CB shares when QTV price tanked that time.  With this kind of people on board QTV mgmt, I still feel they take care of their own interest first.  They have vested interest and they have first hand info and our SGX and regulator cannot do anything to them if they take advantage of any loopholes in the system which are many.  See how all those S-chip exec got away scot-free!  They dun need to breach any rules, just need to take advantages of loopholes can cheat SGeans money liao.  SGX and regulator can do anything?  NO! Anyway, with this news, price did spike up as expected but i was expecting more like in the range of 15%.  Also buy/sell volume quite even.  I thought it will be lopside to buy up.  Anyway, still early in the day. My view on this coy mainy based on what the coy and their mgmt has done and so far mainy disappointing actions  I thought I am objective but others may think otherwise. By the way, they haven' t even submit thei product for FDA so this catalyst can wait long long. The unknown is M& A but this one I also think long long.  Any acquirer need to be able to stomach impressive QTV cash drain, technically bankrupt status and unkonow product potential (so far potentioal no veruy impressive). Should enter now?  For me, I hesitate. DYDD. If you are long, many forumers can help you to say good things, and if you are short, there are also many who can say bad things too. I no long, no short, so I can say encouraging words which is good, but no point of saying something bad to discourage buying, lol. Usually products waiting for FDA or already approved by FDA, will stand good chance for share price to climb.  US stocks are very reactive to FDA approvals or rejections, but don' t know sg stocks are like that or not.   I am not very clear about QT. Saw alot of promotion last year but now seems nobody is shouting.  With the overall market turning bullish, thinking of entering.
