I really have no clue why SGX / SIC has treated the " non- transferability" of shares to classifiy the shares as " separate class" for SSE and SGX.  They treated SSE shares as " first class" and SGX shares as " second class" ..? Totally no explanation is given by them. SSE and SGX are just exchanges for investor to buy and sell shares, the pricing of shares depend on demand and supply. Just like H shares in HKSE and A shares in SSE. Some A-H counters have steep discount while other blue chip H shares have even traded in premium to A shares in the past.

My logic is simple: paying 89.4c is not fare as delisting price but remember investors have been receiving 30rmb as dividend every year, not 10rmb. In China they pay 17.43rmb, received 30rmb as dividend, you pay 89.4c here yet receiving 30rmb as dividend.
