been holding for 3 months but looking at the way it is behaving, i say sayonara liao. reminds me of OUE, high dividend but hardly any price movement, end of day dividend cannot cover and still lose. hope this company perform better, good luck to all vested. |

Now you see the remaining business like all losses type. Wait for the next quarter earnings to see the REAL truth of the worthiness of the remaining businesses.

I read somewhere that a) the remaining business is worth 14 cts b) cash not distributed from sale = 12 cts meaning that this business is worth at least 0.26 after dividend |

Wrong I never ever say stock price is now 0.45+0.30. I dunno how u infer that Go study the earnings report and do your homework

maybe it does not rise so much is because people have not react in time. tomorrow after people digest the reports may have chance to go up. after xd and remaining cash plust existing business. people will go in. because of the contra days is only 3 days left, most people have to cash out. suspect xd might not drop by 30ct. So u are saying their actual stock price is now 0.45 + 0.30(dividend)? How is that even possible for people not buying it now?!

DMG " We estimate the company will have a cash pile of some SGD0.40/share, part of which will be distributed to shareholders as a special dividend." from earnings report they have 0.47 cash and paying out 0.30 so even after the div they still have 0.17 in cash |

Current assets is about 0.49 means after paying all liabilities they are still worth 0.49 .. U get the fixed assets free which is 0.06 plus 0.04 extra at current price of 0.45 most importantly they are still profitable even after selling their dairy business |

NAV is around 56c.. so even after 30c div, the stk should still worth 26c base on estimation..Consult your broker to confirm.... |

Dmg expect 40c special div...so maybe company still got some cash after 30c div....u all do some homework...do whether worth 15c after xd.... i think it.might worth it....search dmg report.on nextinsight for.more.infos

Based on today price...12 August xd will be around 15c...u wil receive ur 30c div end of August...since the price is below 20c...u might experience share consolidation next year I am not too sure about this counter on FA ...so the future I am not too sure also

This is a one time off special dividend...if I bought100 lots today@$45000 for contra..and sold after xd....I will incur a contra loss of $30k upfront before I receive my dividend end of the month...

for me , I will see the reaction. now almost fall back to closing price and come to last 15 minute, you got to know contra player will throw, market sentiment not good, alot of ppl duno. I saw the NTA ... very high.. 0.55 | ||||

Try to.avoid contra.play...xd on 12 aug...left 3 days only....if u hold after xd...u need to.top up 30c "contra loss" first......beware...
