Actually, the 4.5 B expenditure includes 1 B for intensifying the plot ratio of current land and option to add 1 hectare (10,000 sq m) of land. As for MBS, their land cost is 1.3 B which is a 3.3 hectares plot where the fourth tower and a new theatre/performing venue will be built. Sorry for the mistake.
