GS raises buy-rated Singtel's target price to S$3.15 from S$2.95 and buy-rated StarHub's target to S$1.55 from S$1.50. GS increases buy-rated Telkom Indonesia's target to IDR3,900 from IDR3,550, neutral-rated Advanced Info Service's target to THB195 from THB190 and neutral-rated Intouch's target to THB59 from THB57.
