Peter' s directorship is mainly on Oceanus & subsidaries, what would he/ company gain by becoming a director of a company that possibly becomes its competitor with season global trading pte ltd?  Furthermore why name it Sino Food Group?  Im quite curious about this, what are your thoughts StevenKan      ( Date: 21-Jul-2021 15:39) Posted: Why do you think there is collaboration chance between Sino Food Group with Oceanus?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I found something interesting, might be speculative purposes. Peter Koh become an director of Sino Food Group Pte LTD and this company was set up on 25 Jan 2021. I am not able to get more information about this company. However interestingly enough, Sino Group which also has portfolio on Food industry including Yeos. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I will suggest to accumulate the shares once the global market stabilise or after the 1st half financials are released. This is a prudence step I will suggest. Many of us are invested  and more often or not, we also collaterised our shares. In a down    maket, most retail investors will dump their penny dtocks first to cover the margin calls.  cheers

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Dear Friends, when we make a statement for example that the share is worth only S$0.02 , there must be a basis for me  to substantiate my claim. I  just cant plucked the figures from the air. When I say that the share price of tahe company is worth about 3 to 4 cents as of now, I am basing on the EPS of the company.  Unlike others, I never like to use EP as a baisis because  the accumulated losses are sunk losses. We should be  more interested in the potential of the company.  I hope the first half year account will bring some light at the end of the  tunnel.  I am relatively confident that it will be.  As i had stated, during the AGM on April 2021, nothing was mentioned of any excessive contingent  or forseeable losses by the board of directors which will affect the company as a going concern.  Professionally and ethically if there are, I will expect the board and independent directors to make some reference of big impending substantial osses. I alsways make it a point to read the statements by the CEO/Chairman of the board.  It is fair to state that the company cannot  make the same astronomical profit  all the times, it will not be right to state that the accounts are inflated if we do not have substantial proof.. This put many parties into disrepute. The external auditor, the independent directors, the board of directors and all other elated  parties . If I say the share is worth 0.10, I will definitely support my statement with detailed workings. Otherwise  I look very unmrofessional.  Cheers

All evidence of the above can be seen in your post history, though I understand you made sure to delete your posts for #2 when Oceanus threatened to investigate.  But members here still have the screenshots of what you posted. Wild allegations such as the above diminishes your credibility as an investor.  Nonetheless, let' s wait for the H1 2021 results which will provide the much needed clarity over the continued growth of Oceanus
