Like I said many times in this thread, as long as the story sells.. also, ain' t sure if you didn' t read the full announcement or you intentionally meant to mislead readers.. this is made clear in document. The target companies have exclusive rights in other countries: ' The Target is a Singapore company incorporated on 7 May 2021 involved in the distribution and sale of pharmaceutical products with the exclusive distribution rights to certain viral test and detection kits, including inter alia, nucleic acid quick tests, rapid antigen tests, antibody rapid tests, and thalassemia screening kits, (collectively, the &ldquo Test Kits&rdquo ) in Europe, Africa, South Asia, South-East Asia and Middle East (the &ldquo Target Regions&rdquo ), and intends to invest in and develop its own products in related fields (the &ldquo Target Business&rdquo )' more importantly, fhere are also some terms towards biz takeover, eg. Clawback.. one of the terms stated in the document with regard to this acquisition is such that ' It is also noted that Proposed Acquisition has been structured on an &ldquo earn-out&rdquo basis and the Company would only pay the full amount of the Consideration if the Target achieves a Target Group NPAT (as defined below) of S$2,000,000' Obviously there are many serious investors who read the document in details and are reaping profit last few days... you had been left out because you don' t fully understand the full ' story' ....

if there has been cases where Buyin-in by SGX cannot be filled, I wonder why the SGX could not declare that the particular stock has been cornered and go on to suspend the counter until investigations are complete. It has been done before eg in the case of Mid-Con

This result is enormous but I am having some investors in mind, I want to share, 1. What can be the sales revenue for a glove and cleanroom distributor in Singapore with so many competitors? Company did not state any exclusive distributorship that likely shows weak revenue. 2. Buying a company with a doctor name and with 6.1m (supposed value for 51% shares of a startup company) of a May 2021 but with chairman from a long suspended listed company Hu An Cables with paid up capital of only 100 dollars AND most important factor, NO RISK ASSESSMENT?? 3. Buying a company that distribute test kits, for It is just an " in thing" now....and there are a number of examples. With the above and only strong reply to SGX, there is likely no sustainability on this surge but a good time for investors to cash out. Be careful...... |

Actually even though I agree the price looks overdone BUT also don't anyhow naked short. I mean naked short ah! Sgx buy in several days liao also cannot buy in finish. Those unsuccessful ones confirm kenna penalty burned | ||||
