US is fighting social unrest & racism war within itself. Widespread outrage has spreaded into the streets, triggered by a series of white policemen shooting helpless blacks recently. The blacks hit back by shooting a few police officers last night. Racism, cries for justice, social unrest may go out of hand, especially riding on the already high tension of high unemployment, rich-poor divide. People losing jobs, losing money in the stock mkt, unhappness over Hillary' s pardon, weak leadership under Obama, US$20 Trillion debt thru Fed' s QE1,2,3. US is rotting from the inside, but make no mistake, so long as the Fed keeps int rate low or negative, it can continue to blow the bubble in the US stock mkts. What a valuable lesson we have learnt, that so long as the Fed (and Central banks) keep the machines on, even a brain dead patient can continue to grow. What does all these mean for safe haven assets (Treasuries, USD, gold and silver)? It means they can go higher as more n more uncertainties lie under the glossy US mkts. Just look at the most amzing of them all...FTSE100, which is shining even brighter than most other mkts, because boosted by BOE' s stimulus. Gold n silver will definitely shine brighter in the longer run. However, do bear with the volatility that comes with commodity trading. I' m still holding CNMC. Still got room to vroomz! |

It doesn`t happen straight away after the forums end......hedge fund manager need time to digest and research before investing. Likely to see the effect in the next 2 weeks. Gold Price trend will play a crucial roles.
