Startree with 55% means TH can drive merger deal with KOM single handedly without much hurdles... I believe both KC and SCM stock price will do well after this merger deal is announced... Until then... Could be stagnant in range of 7.5 to 8c

Next up:

1. Friday or so, shortists attempt to short down.
2. May have good news coming. (Losses factored in)
3. 0.094 is my next target.

Bear in mind, IFA fair valuation is between 0.124 to 0.14.

Price should hit this range and then consolidate 2:1 or something for merger with KOM.

Anyway it is a great news to see Startree holding 55%.

Morgan Stanley, their FA not the IFA, had done a very good job to (scare) weak holders to dump to Startree. I suspect they may be behind the next market maker soon. Watch this show.

When you saw 7.9c you must be fearful right? Hehe. Anyway will have chance to buy at 7.9c again. Maybe even lower?

Agree. Good to sell at 7.9c today than to watch it drop to 7c, 6c, 5c. As an investor, time is on our side. No need to gamble and risk our hard earned money and hold at an artificial floor price of 8c. Temasek has given all investor the opportunity to cut loss and get back 8c. Even if SMM can rise to 10c in 12 months time (which is unlikely) it will plunge first before going up.

Today' s situation of 8c was predicted by some of us before even TH' s MGO announcement of 8c. We predicted (circa 23 Sep 2021) that:
1. MGO will be 8c
2. SMM will trade between 8c to 8.4c during MGO
3. When MGO expires, SMM will plunge to 7c, 6c, 5c
4. SMM consolidation
5. RI 2022

(1) and (2) have been fulfilled....waiting for (3), (4), (5)

Mg analysis is:

Those holders after today, are those who believe and likely to hold and not dump.

Friday and next week or so, some shortists May attempt to short it down but it will likely be short-lived.

Remember IFA report:

0.124 to 0.14 is the fair value range.

My take

0.094 before end of 2021
0.124 before cny.

Of course results are expected to incur same loss as first half. That should already have been factored in.
They should release some good news clean energy contract, business review and stuff.

Let s see. Singapore should see factor of weekly covid transmission less than 1 soon which means life carries on.
