Current PE is more than 30X which is extremely expensive and illogical for any bidder to come in as this company is not a gem in my opinion.There are many better companies in Taiwan which is more advance in its technology wafer and testing system. Just becareful price may tanked  immediately if the company announces something market do not like to hear.In hindsight company is also more than happy to see share price higher.It' s a gamble at current price.
