x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	love this stock, have been holding it for many year and this year it finally awoke... but it seems like riverstone  is a little too overvalued at the moment. the profit has only increased by 50% (in the recent results) but already stock price increased by two times. And all these haven' t consider the big fat bonuses that the directors are going to pay to themself and their employee come year-end and they are already at full capacity with only an incremental number of additional facilities upcoming over next 1-2 years. i think once these glove stock craze dies off it will probably come back down to trade around 1.6-1.9 range, hope to then buy back lower :)

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Agree. Target price is just a number put in my analyst - there are conditions, variables nd forecast that must be fulfilled in order for the TP to be hit. Given the volatility in the market it is not a good idea to do short term trade - unless you are doing trading for a living. For Riverstone and other gloves manufacturers, the current pandemic with unrelenting demand and the lowering of raw material cost are playing into their hands - the alignment of stars! So I am  looking more at the fundamentals. Having said that, it is wise to keep abreast of development.Things, good or bad, can happen. For me, at least for now, I don' t see downside business risk. Revenue from :      Cleanroom - 26% , Healthcare - 69%, others - 5% Profit contribution : Cleanroom - 51%, Healthcare - 43%,  others - 6% What I like most about Riverstone : A.  distinct from competitors -  2 main sources of revenue, namely:       1. High tech cleanroom gloves own brand, direct to end user and high profit margin       2. Healthcare gloves consistent demand, resilient to changing market conditions B.  Expansion plan in progress to increase capacity by 1.0 ~ 1.5 billion pieces of gloves every year C.  Consistent dividend payout since listing D. Resilient Balance Sheet and strong cash position With all these, Riverstone should be at least on par if not better than their Malaysian peers. Today, she is trading way below their peers.
