Assume for every 1000 shares in SCI , u will hv 4500 ( betw 427 - 491 shares ) @ 0.29 ...to current 0.645 ( SM price 0 now. ) I use a very conservative price of 30c per SM ....450x$0.30 = $1350  ( $1.35 per lot  of SCI ...ONE LOT IS 1000 shares here)  If u buy at 2.20 each ......u are paying $0.85 each for each SCI share ...... whatever is the NEW NAV u wish to debate on  What was the closing price of $1.53 ( BEFORE this announcment .  The new SCI certainly has a better prospect then the older SCI share as it minus all the lost of SM ,  reduced debt  and left w Urban n Energy division of Semb corp .....
