June already start to have 50% of capacity. Seems a short term pain? Should it follow SATS and issue bonds instead? Does it make more sense for SIA to get low interest loan from temasek rather than to go through such a damaging exercise to existing shareholders (i dont refer to people who bought recently but those who buy at $10+)
