That time rumoured one big bank collapsed in Germany than caused DBS to drop so much....now no news of any big bank in US or Europe collapse no need to drop to that level....

$4 in nineties multiple by assuming 2.5 to 3 times = abt $10-$12.

$10-$12 can go in. $4 is way too extreme unless DBS is facing bankruptcy which is highly unlikely.
