Surely these start-ups give them cold feet.  Start-ups have normally, little or no revenue to speak of and most are eating cash like water and likely to be in net liabilities.  So if you auditor are asked to chop your stamp to endorse a company with say negative $5mil in net assets, no track record to speak of, dont know if got enough cash to survive tml with a " market value of $20mil, will you feel comfortable?  Give ntheir situation they got cash to offer to Yuuzoo? But let dont forget that Yuuzoo is selling franchise but somehow, ended up saying like they are VC for start-ups.  If Yuuzoo is trying give clarity, they are doing a bad job.  So is it franchise now or VC style investing?  or this is like their 3rd gen e-comm blah blah blah where it is 3rd gen franchise-VC business model whatever blah blah blah they are talking.
