In terms of absolute cash amount, at CapitaLand Mall Trust?s unit price of S$2.59, each CapitaLand Commercial Trust unit will be entitled to S$2.1238. Isnt it good to buy capitaland com trust since it is only $1.72 but will be entitled to $2.1238? Am I missing anything? Thanks.
