We will see. Profitable company, solid backing from ME shareloder, NTA of over 8 cts, i mean the rights issued at 2 cts plus free warrant, who wont want to grab it man? Unless your cash flow is restricted like Swiber, it will benefit shareholders and bring in the necessary funds to pay off loans. Must thank Swiber for the opportunity. So in the meantime, the title of this thread, " Will it break 10 cts?" may come true. Good luck

1 existing shares will entitled 1 rights shares. You will get warrants share if you subscribe the rights shares for a main shares at the price of 0.020. So in the end you paying 2 shares price for 2 main shares and 1 warrants shares.

Totally agreed. Well done Vallianz, a brilliant move indeed. How high will it cheong when halt lifted? My guess is at least 3 cts. The higher it goes, the more shareholders gain, including Swiber. Good luck .

First question, will Swiber subscribe? If not, which scenario out of that three will not happen? If that scenario cannot happen, what will the proceed be used for. Find out the answer to the three questions. then ask yourself if Vallianz is throwing shit at shareholders. Lastly, why change FY to March? Suddenly judge it is better for internal process? No comment but no need formal audit for additional three months is a fact. Good luck to those still holding. Abang adik blood tie is indeed strong. Expect to see something big happening before next March. |
