Give the management at least 1 yr before judging? Personally, kicking out the former ah bay means a big chunk of directors fee and his personal expenses like vehicle expenses saved. The important part now is how the new board of directors going to raise money to buy undervalued porpoerties or venture into property management. Undervalue but no compelling story. Management already recognised in the annual report that, " the return on capital on our Japanese  properties barely commensurate with the capital investment  made by the Company in these assets previously." That being the case, might as well sell those properties and either distribute proceeds to shareholders or reinvest into new businesses right? Still not sure why the new shareholders bought in at 8.4 cents without having done anything so far.
