x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is just put forward as a reason for the over stretch nasdaq and over extended valuation,,, not really the yield,,  Mkt will crash if rate is 3 to 3.5%,, base on the past,,,and we are far from this,,  If really it is rate,, all 3 index will crash together, mnot only nsadaq that got hit the hardest,, but nevertheless,, tech stock will come back strongly,, be assured,,, stay vested,, just relax, buy some or do nothing regardless of the losses.. it is just superficial so long u dont sell,..,, unless u sell,, then the loss is real,,

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	During this correction i continue to twist,, and buy HK and put on wall st solid tech stock like TSLA  SQ  FVRR  CRWD ETSY  a few example,  I am now abt 3/4 done,, i dont care if loss a bit,( dont bother to count,), because i am looking to hold supa long,,i.e for years,, not months,,i bgt lot of FB,, very undervalue and MSFT too,,  Historically, yield benefit tech,, energy and healthcare related stock,,,current yield scare make no sense at all.. we have rally on yiled at 2% to 3% for last 50 yrs,, so why now i.6% and mkt got scare??? https://wealthathonsg.com/2021/03/25/sectors-which-can-defy-the-high-interest-rate-environment/   Usually, Banks, diversified financials and semiconductors are expected to do well during the higher interest environment. If we go back into the history, then we will find that there are two industries which have outperformed S& P500 benchmark index return on majority of the occasions during higher interest rate environment since 1945. Those two industries are & ndash Technology (on 63% of such occasions) and Industrials (on 74% of such occasions). Though, average relative return of Technology and Industrials was 5.4% and -1.6% respectively. Energy and Healthcare sectors outperformed S& P500 on 58% of the occasions each. Average relative return of these two sectors have been 0.2% and 2.3% respectively.  Utilities and Financials are those two sectors which have under-performed Vs S& P 500 return on majority of the occasions. Both of these 2 sectors outperformed S& P 500 only on 26% and 32% of the occasions.   Having said this, I must also say that each inflationary environment or high interest rate regime is unique, so we also need to review the inherent reasons behind the prevailing inflationary environment in the economy.

And in fact my sch , most of them have taken this road too,, i believe pareto ratio will work well for me here in this bet,,, 80% of the profit will come from this 3 stock,, I will bet 20% of my profit on this 3 stock, wish me luck, I strongly believe this 3 will out run crypto,, and longer term those common stock too will give me handsome profit,, if u can , just put 10% to risk,, i believe u can do that easily without stress,,,i leave it up to u,, if u can take volatility then do it,  if not then just do nothing,,, we will be fine soon,,,,,,, be assured,
