That will not happen as Ezra is trading above 15c and Rts price is 10.5c.. for every lot the premium is $45 so the two UWs will be better off if they take over all the Rts shares (not applied for) and sell them off later in the open market.  There is also a confused delsolxxxx investor who is still talking about buying the Rts??? which had already stopped trading last week.. still having Hari Raya holiday hangover I presumed. :-)

I oso wanted to be a longist when I bot ezra, but just sense not right esp since friday closing. I rather go w Swiber, it looks like at least they know their cash flow abilities better than Ezra. At least their rights issues r over.    Can see ezra being pushed down to 10ct while swiber remains at 16ct
