x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Maybank KE Retail Research (6 June 2019) POSITIVE NEWS *Genting Singapore - The Osaka IR promotion bureau has publicly named five of the seven entities participating in Osaka& rsquo s casino resort request-for-concept (RFC) phase that began in late Apr. - The publicly-named firms are Genting Singapore, Las Vegas Sands, Melco Resorts & Entertainment, MGM Resorts and Wynn Resorts. Galaxy Entertainment, which had previously expressed interest, was not among the list of disclosed suitors. - The local authorities mentioned that participation in Osaka& rsquo s RFC phase does not qualify any party for entry to the request-for-proposal (RFP) stage, which will be dependent on the terms of the Japanese government& rsquo s yet-to-be-announced basic policy on integrated resorts. - If chosen, the authorities would like the completion of the Osaka IR to coincide with World Expo 2025. - Trades at 6x FY19e EV/EBITDA. MKE Has a Hold with TP of SGD1.04.
