U deem this positive? quarantine upon arrival. Business related trips will definitely not restored for next 6mths. Google already let staff WFH till end of yr. Expect minimal travel by MNCs..
As for holidays, u want to go a ctry, quarantine for 14 days before start ur tour? Then come back maybe need quarantine? How many days of leave a staff has?

'Essential travel' means restricted and controlled. The government will need to define it. I don't think we can go out for a holiday yet. Hope those club girls can come in but the hope is quite slim. | ||||

Singapore has no choice. The service sector provides most jobs and feed the most people. If borders continue to close, everything will collapse. But this opening is scheduled so it is not really a great news.

after 911 security check...after covid health check...air travel will change...prob do a quick test before flight..5min type quick test whcih will be avail soon Flight better cleaner..good for everyone...beginning will be a hassle..after few months..years will normalize
