OCEANUS should keep it's cash and not pay dividend.. better for the long term than a short term shiokness.. The huge losses it have previously will be advantageous in the coming years to offset profit and taxation... | ||||

A dividend is definitely something to put a big smile on all of our faces :-) but I don' t think it would yet be the time for such a bonus... Getting out of the watchlist is the first mile stone right now for this counter and that may depend as well on the financial results announcement to end of June. Anyway, it is a good sign that price is picking up.

My dear friends , though the equity is not negative, they still have a big chunck of accumulated loss in previous years. Moreover a compnay of this size, lquidity is very important. hey need the cash for operating expenses. It is not prudence to put the company at risk because of cash strapped. In fact, the most important strategy the board should take is to relook at the share price strategy once the company is on the path of recovery. One consolation we may have is that the company is not weighed by down indecent highly paid unskilled intellectual idiots. Many bluce chips became balck chips at the expense of retail investors. Before retail investors invest in the company. Look at the board of directors and the senior management. The best company to look at is look at company company with temasaek linked but with independent board of directors comprising of skilled and experience senior management. The terminology of unskilled labour should be revamped. A messenger or a cleaner is a skilled labour. The unskilled labour are the overly paid executive. They know nothing, they do thing. The only skill they have is to bring down the company. nMaby you can plant them in your rival company. Cheers. |

Last dividend in 2003. With all these sheer volume of monies pumped in, how about dishing out some dividends to us shareholders? Food is never out of demand in mega-huge countries like China, India and even US. This move will Definitely put a smile on all of our faces, and set the trend upwards. Confirmed guaranteed. |
