if it is bad news, then will be good news for shorties, bad for contra players. but from recent trading pattern, bbs seem to be accumulating big time. bbs normally well informed and connected, probably alrdy knew what is coming. if confirm good news, surge of geo price can be expected, probably cross 50c. just opnn.

bbs blocks are temporary, they hv their strategies to pick at current lelong price. with oil hitting the roof, thermal coal will follow suit lah. based on m42 future chart today, current 53.72usd like support level all the way til end 2026, with a small peak at 54+ in jun, and a later higher peak in dec. so for mid-long term, geo price likely will catch up with m42. shd tie in well with hiway completion, shipping, and recurring toll collection, melati' s target of billion lollar kelub sooner than expected. just opnn.

Those who shorted Geo last few weeks n if they hv no covered their positions would cry 😭 !!! These Geo' s shortists will likely be burnt badly like CNMC' s shortists. With the on going wars in Ukraine n now US/Israel & Iran, spreading into the whole Middle East costing surging energy prices, all these would benefit thermal coal price. Geo Energy' s coal is the cheapest of all fossil fuels, n with the expected increases in volumes of production plus road tolls n lower shipping cost this stock will surge suddenly like CNMC. Average selling price was $44/MT in yr 2025 and Geo was already profitable. With the price hike, drop in cost and additional revenue from the toll road...... Geo will perform very well in yr 2026........ | ||||

imo, indonesian govt may not be keen to restrict production in medium konsis like geo, as the more geo produce, the more tax goes into govt. in fy25, geo near-doubled its profit before taxes to US$49.1 million, tax expense of US$21.6 million. (can check from geo fy25 result). think govt is after the small coal miners, who don' t hv much capital and resourses and may cut selling price to quickly sell to overseas buyers, and spoil the m42 market. just opnn. m42 now alrdy at 53.74us$, shd be hitting 54soon in another 1-2 sessions. good for mid-long term investors.
