FWIW, QT has some big holders with J& J, EDB, TriArch,... backing them so unless major disaster, they won' t let (2) happen

QT sells its products with a comfortable gross margin at +50% . Loss is mainly attributed to marketing, R& D (and ongoing litigation) expenses.

If Chocolate Touch receives approval, they should break even and maybe profitable by 2016.
