x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Not quite right on dilution. This is a warrant issue, not a bonus issue. So dilution effect is delayed because not many will exercise now. The warrants will have intrinsic value + time value, therefore it has a tradable market price.. I won't exercise it but trade it in the market when it comes out. Dilution will come near warrant expiration date when people start converting or exercising the warrants. I think ex-bonus should be around 10cts. The company is smart to rush this now because they know Myanmar Telco license play in June coming - mother price will cheong and those big shareholders who have tons of warrants will huat big big. Ikan bilis like us just tag along lah.
