x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Guys relax. Lionel is not going anywhere! He is a big P B. He does not hold any board positions but he still is the MD and runs the company on day to day business. He should be around to see the condition in which the company has been brought to. Oil prices has not helped but if the company was at its right management policies  it could have been easier to navigate. See how Swire Pacific offshore is managing. Robust policies with good cash position and tighted the belt to tide over the situation of low activity even though they have 6 PSV' s delivering this year.

Listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2003, the company has seen its share price skyrocket from the IPO price of S$0.236 to the current closing price of S$4.88 on March 15. Ezra seems to be always bustling with activities. In 2006, Ezra signed a $181.3 million sale & leaseback agreement with Navigation Finance Corporation on 9 offshore vessels and placed out 15 million shares at S$5.18 just last month to further raise its investor profile and improve its share liquidity.

Old man doesn't mean no good, more conservative, stingy but sustainable. Won't see Lionel again, I think board also won't want to see him to be the top again. Too bad
