If they list MBS, money can come in easily but they would lose some percentage of the company to the outsiders. The richest family in Singapore never list their Far East Organisation so every cent made goes into their own pockets. The founder of Uber Travis Kalanick got so many big investors to blow his company 60 billion worth so much so that he got fired by his own board of directors.
