x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	To touch or not and at what price, all depends on how the market is going to price it ex-rights.  If we are going to bet that it will hover around13 cts , 2-3 months after ex-rights, there might be money to be made even at current prices with the intention to fully subscribe the rights. If along the way both KOM and SCM wins more contracts. a likely possibility, it will add a very strong base to the ex-rights price.
