Allow me to comment on this stock and why it is doing badly. The stock plummet because its business modal is bad.   It charges a very high price for a routine procedure when it competitors are only charging half the price. All in the name of making investors like us, happy, with increasing revenues.   Hence, as a consumer, you would not go to such a clinic and neither would others after getting burned the first time. They would just move elsewhere or self medicate in the future. A public listed medical company needs either a monopoly on a drug or service that is necessary or it would not be making break throughs in the stock market simply from raising prices. It needs a sustainable source if income such as a hospital, aged home where the public cannot do without. It has to be a necessity so that the ability to increase price will not affect revenues.   Just my 2 cents.

Or on-going with different phases?   Singapore-listed International Healthway Corporation  said it plans to buy Healthway Medical Corporation Limited (HMC) in an all-shares deal worth S$231 million. HMC has an issued and fully paid capital of S$201.38 million, comprising 2,308,236,183 ordinary shares. The deal will see each HMC shareholder receive one new IHC share for every 4.5 HMC shares held. The purchase consideration for each HMC share has been determined at 10 cents.

I think heavily linked to IHC if u can rem whereby IHC shares was given free for shareholder in Healthway. Overall I would said good for long term lah.

It is regarding disrcrepancies in the unaudit and audited account. Unaudited casflow from operatng activities is much   lower than audited cashflow from operating activities.
