x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i am as a small small retail shareholder of Synagie will not go down without a fight. I will vote "NO" in the upcoming proposed disposal of its ecommerce business. Hopefully its share price can breakout above $0.27 (ipo 2018 of $0.27) to prove that Synagie which is currently profitable is worth more than $0.18 for the disposal of its ecommerce business. It should worth at least $0.45

Also, IPO price is the baseline - 27 cents.  UOB KH 2018 computation is 45 cents - say revenue stay at $38 million. The insur tech is currently a liability.

Once you onboarded the customers, you have recurring income and maintenance etc.  The 2nd half may not grow as much as first half, but this company also has regional operations. Also, its February 2020 paid publication, painted a very rosy picture for the co and for e-commerce in general. If you look at SingPost, Alibaba bought further shares into SingPost as a premium to its market price. In term of discount, we can adjust here and there.  Could even adjust up as the company has become profitable, generates positive cash flow, debt free...etc. If you look at Medtecs, UG Healthcare, for Medtecs it was trading at 5 cents around Feb 2020.    It gone up to $1.80.
