If Super good, then it will be 30% or 40% much higher than S$20.4 Millions !!! DM is with S$125 Millions warchest and getting more each day. Should declare Special Dividend or higher dividends for all the loyal SH and also the major SH' s pocket to buy up cheap properties now !!!
