If that is true, it means they have to throw in more $$$ and provide attractive terms. Otherwise, why would AMAL accept the new terms? But I must emphasize that this might just turn out to be a rumour / consipiracy theory. It could also very well be that it is a timing issue. For AMAL, the announcement is constantly delayed because it requires approval from sponsor, while TAW don' t have this restriction. Perhap as of Mon/Tue, AMAL did not receive the payment and started to draft the announcement and release this morning after approval. Meanwhile, TAW receives the payment into the bank late last night or this morning and immediately made an announcement. In terms of possible renegotiation, rather than 20% off shipment cost, Burwill get same value in shares of AMAL. Nice and simple

AMAL could be - as said in other post - discussing tantalum offtake which could then be tied to 3rd prepayment. Note in their disclosure they discussing prepayment and other terms. Unclear what those terms are. So it may not be incorrect. Yes, looks odd but before we jump gun may need to look further
