Guess that is the initial reaction,becuase pp use the formula 19.1+19.1 +24 divide by 5 to get the TERP of 12.4cts and so pp still to dump the share. Actually, the counter could be worth very much more with the merger in my opinion as there are other factors that make the cpy more attractive and worth much. I guess the counter may slowly move up when the fear factor slowly disappeared, but just my guess. DYODD

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	you are right..TH still wins on the overall becuase SCI and Keppel gains will more than offset the loss in SMM. their portfolio is still doing well not so much for pure SMM shareholders who have been juiced once during the SCI demerger, and another time soon when buying Keppel' s toxic assets.
