So 10000 shares u get 45000 smm shares Assume u decide to sell off smm shares at $0.25. U will receive $11259 Capital of Sembcorp shares is $20000 So now you are left with Sembcorp share 10000 and your capital is now $8750. Which is 0.875 per share. SMM shareholders will be compensated with either cash or keppel corp shares. No one knows until it's really finalized. Of coz, I would really want SMM to be delisted and compensated with keppel corp shares. All I know is since my positions for SCI is good enough at a good purchased price of $1.41..ahem.. I know.. Super good price.. Lucky me.. Thanks to him.. Now all I need to do is accumulate Sembcorp marine to get guaranteed rights shares to subscribed at $0.20. Then wait for merger with Keppel corp. If I had hold my SCM from that price, now at current 58 cents, I am losing $900+ per 1000 shares, means over $5500 for a mere 6000 shares. Imagine those whom bought more shares and at prices above $1.50 in Year 2019 and before. Really a bad performance by SCM. But doing business is like that. Companies like Ezra, Ezion, Pacific Radiance ... All already raised white flags. Only left Ezion still having some talks but share price also cannot see already. From over $2.00 to now left few cents? (Suspended, of course). Dyodd, as always. Good luck.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I tried to call SGX about the strange close price yesterday of 2.04 when there was a married trade after it that was done at 2.08 but not reflected as a last closing price.   On hold on the line forever so I ask my remisier instead. His explanation is that all married trades are off the market transaction n does not affect current trading price.   Only volume will be added to the day' s trading volume.   Thus, the closing price of 2.04 is correct.
