x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	unfortunatly sold off all my ezra before this rebound...but i would still recommend not to add more if you are holding...outlook still very poor...if add better sell when there is profit...oil price still in the pits and can worsen...ezra financials still very weak...oil price dont recover their business will suffer greatly...even existing orders can get cancelled....this move is much needed for ezra survival...reduce debt and get some cash...but cant cheer it too much...chiyoda is not doing charity for sure....ezra need them more than they need ezra...subsea is ezra profitable arm...sold off 50% stake at 150 million...no expert in this area...but cant assume its a fantastic deal for ezra...more likely a painful sacrifice...

Japanese & Koren oil majors are now eyeing on all these small caps oil & enery players in Asia to reach out the other part of the world.. believed the next target will be SWIBER. . they have also very divesed sub-sea business & confirmed orders to deliver. .

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	This is a great deal for both EZRA and Chiyoda. the big concern for EZRA was its heavy debt on balance sheet. with the cash raised from rights, and this US$150 millions, I won' t worry about its liquidity for the next two years.  Chiyoda was facing very aggressive competition from Korean EPCs. The Korean EPC like Sumsung heavy industry, they have advantage in sub seas business. With EMAS, Chiyoda can offer integrated service for offshore projects, hopefully at lower price. let' s hope the deal will be carried out soon. then the price can go up further.
