 Alert Admin 		My advise is to reject their low ball offer but must work together with other minority holders not to accept their offer and also do not sell the shares otherwise they reach the level which we can't stop anymore

The above article by Ben Paul from SPH businesstimes is really very critical at this Widjaja Family' s exit offer, it really shame n bring up the smelly lowballs offer to  minority investors  from this " rich & reputable" businessman family in Indonesia n this region.....using ESG narrative as reason " More galling then the miserly exit offer, Gear has rationalised the whole corporate exercise with an ESG narrative ..... Please read it yourself to get a better insight .........Meanwhile its interesting to know that the entity that offer to take Gear private is a recently incorporated in Singapore company called Duchess Avenue owned by Lanny Tranku, the spouse of Indra Widjaja.

 Alert Admin 		Will reject the offer as it is now.  If exit cash offer could be raised by 10c per share at least, will wait to receive 1.115 million GEM shares should the share be worth 7000 IDR at the pt of election of shares/cash.

 Alert Admin 		Cannot happen in the midst of this delisting process. Otherwise, there has to be a recomputation, taking into account of the bonus issue. Too troublesome - they are smelly enough to make low-ball cash offer (especially the cash exit offer of $0.16).  No need to try and be  more smelly.  Anybody complain to SGX, asking them to investigate the suppression of share price, followed by the low-ball offer, to make it look more presentable?

I just log-in to iOCBC (a/c was dormant for couple of years).  Yes, can see IDX market & think can immediately trade too.  Don' t think need to approach them to sign additional paperwork for new market not traded before.

Ya, Lim & Tan cannot. UOBKH also cannot. (Probably DBSVickers too). For Lim& Tan and UOBKH, my brokers say can trade thru them. But guess it will be too troublesome.  If open acct in poems to trade, any fees involved in depositing the GEMS share scrips? How long to wait before shares are ready for trade?  If the delisting is approved at the EGM (hopefully based on an increased exit cash offer),  when will the GEMS dividend-in-specie and cash be disbursed?  Anyone could intelligently offer a reliable time frame?    The long stop date is Apr 2023. Guess if the GEMS scrips could only be disbursed by then, the environment could have changed by then
