So by looking at oil prices now n at such trading prices for Ezra. Please do home work. Do also look at chart to see or yourself. Short to mid term, oil price volatile hitting low n for now jumping up, oil price wlll stablise somewhat above average, let assuming above USD$40/- per barrel. As no one, the like of Saudi Arab n or any others would continue to play n losses alot more every time n every time oil price drop. They will come to some form of a subconcious agreement when money lossing play on oil hit them.

Potential to list, own it to big players as they have stated as one of their plan. For now is all speculation, perhap their MTP target have rise abit more hope in reaching beyond 20 cents in near term. Since Chiyoda had commit a huge amount of money to took a 50% stakes. To release some share for others is always there. If green light is approve.

Well, thats one good reason then not to touch the share...coz it can be pumped and dumped any moment. If no experience to catch the drift, then it will rough time holding a high priced shit in the hands. well, the company didnt make huge profit or aquire new business or make up for the losses. More shares were issues which the director subdcribed for most of it, now there should be a way to sell them to the market at a good price and make himself a little more fat. Just trade with caution. Get in and get out and stay away from too much greed.

Beside getting business as usual by using their strength to tap on world mkt Vs others big boys. Chiyoda big players may come in, keeping 50%, till their option n potential to list is is given green light. For now is in infant stage for Emas Chiyoda Subsea. That is why is name as such.

So what is this dea really about? Chiyoda will paid Ezra $180mil for 50% share in the new JV. EMAS AMC already come with a debt of $530mil. Ezra will extend another $360mil loan to EMAS AMC. So implied equity = $360 (2 x $180) Implied asset = $360 (equity) + $530 (loan from 3rd party) + $360 (loan from Ezra) = $1250mil Doesn' t it mean the NAV is only $360mil and gearing is about 2.5. Also does it mean that EZRA has to deconsolidate EMAS AMC financial from the group since it is now only a 50% owner and only record the new JV as profits/losses from associate. |

So for now is speculation trading on Ezra. (Emas Chiyoda Subsea). Ezra holding 50%. so is Chiyoda - also 50%. Both can let go each Emas Chiyoda Subsea - 10% to 15% for listing n trading U.S. mkt.
