As share price is base on forward looking, so if SM never cross 10cts before the merge announcement mean something is not good abt the merge is gg to happen.

Don't need much brain to figure out that KOM has low cash balance given that she was making losses over the last 7 years, financed by bank borrowing and no Rights issue. More importantly, older contracts secured are likely to be non-profitable in an inflationary environment.
