Geo Energy Announces Share Placement to Raise Up to S$14.875 Million to Enhance the Group&rsquo s Capital Structure and Financial Flexibility as well as Broaden its Shareholder Base
&bull The proposed share placement comprises an aggregate of up to 35 million fully paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (&ldquo Placement Shares&rdquo ) at an issue price of S$0.425 for each Placement Share (&ldquo Placement Price&rdquo ), raising gross proceeds of up to S$14.875 million.
&bull KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is the Placement Agent in relation to the Placement.

My target price is at least $1. It will probably outperform to $1.20 or more. I' m coming from a pure TA point of view. There is a big cup and handle in the making. Of course, structure can be invalidated. Let' s see.

Yes, I' m also very bullish in this stock especially with expected increases in coal production, highway tolls, reduced shipping cost, n also increasing coal price. Above all is Charles Antonny Melati is a shrewd businessman, biggest majority shareholders, n working towards making Geo a billion dollar company. We should see more updates when the highway completes, maybe after 1st half of this yr. What do u think Geo' s worth by then?

Wise, looking at the indications, I think savvy people are doing that, either cashing out or reducing. At the end of the day, only those in power will earn big. All those promoters and believers who have big hopes/dreams may well be disappointed.

Not surprised for the placement shares issue, earnings for 25 was not impressive but dividends cut drastically to new low, cash out all after results announced 😩 |

From the business point of view, the placement is good becoz Geo needs more cash to ramp up coal production when the highway complete on the 2nd of this year. It' s always good to hv spare cash n good cash flow in all businesses....looking forward to increasing volumes as the coal price steadily increases also. Good strategy Geo !!! 👍 👏 🤗 | ||||

My placement guess is correct. That was the reason why Geo pays only 0.1 cent dividends. They need the $ for working capital to enhance the performance of Geo energy | ||||

2 days of consecutive m42 increase to current 54.47usd guess geo should surge to 47.0c tdy. 35m sh placement news actually quite small news. not nec to halt ytd. waste time and opportunity as energy stock like rex and rh are rising. just opnn.
