When a stock is ' under attack' whether by short sellers or other events shareholders expect the company to scoop up the shares if they think it is worth more than $0.03. Would you want to see your shares sell down to less than $0.01 ? So if a company every months have contracts and short seller comes in ---- they won' t do anything because they are afraid of insider trading ? I am not expert but this is hiliarious for share price at $0.03 with NAV at $0.17 back then. Maybe you can give example how Chasen can do a serious buyback ?
