You misunderstood me.
That was a "tongue in the cheek
comment".
I happen to agree with you.
The big deal is the US Govt contract.
The placement is necessary because
they needed some upfront capital
to commence phase 3 trial before the
US fund kick in. In my opinion, the
placement is not a negative. In fact,
it reflects the placee's confidence in
the stock.
Just my opinion.

Is it 960 million shares, that is a huge, huge dilution! Right now the number of issued shares ia only about 958 million. Issuing 960 million shares ould double the number of shares. Let' s do some simple arithmetic. If they want $6 million, the 6000000/0.198 = 30,303,030 Only about 30 million shares!!!
