Their word n action mean really to bringing up Imperium Crown when they (the new mgt) took over from Mr bay. nah-calcs      ( Date: 07-Oct-2016 12:14) Posted: Undervalue but no compelling story. Management already recognised in the annual report that, " the return on capital on our Japanese  properties barely commensurate with the capital investment  made by the Company in these assets previously." That being the case, might as well sell those properties and either distribute proceeds to shareholders or reinvest into new businesses right? Still not sure why the new shareholders bought in at 8.4 cents without having done anything so far.

(the &ldquo Subsidiary&rdquo ) on 27 October 2016 and pursuant thereto, the Subsidiary has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The issued and paid-up capital of the Subsidiary is RM100.00, comprising of 100 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the Subsidiary.
