x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Trying to follow soilbuild model many years ago. Separate the contruction business from the income producing assets. Then list a reit for the stable assets like the hotels. But this will be a long drawn out story . Only meant for long term view.

One can see that the construction segment managed to secure NET profit margin of 9% for 2014, and 5.8% for 2013.
