Greed ? Sorry it?s a little contradicting as u want to be selling it at a high price but at the same time doubting people that says it can go high so what do u actually want ? It means that the new boss only needs to spend roughly SGD$3.5m to get his commodity biz listed on SGX via IPO. So why is the new boss in such a hurry to get his commodity biz listed (by taking over Adventus) that he rather come out with double that money i.e. SGD$6.95m ($1.95m to buy shares + $5.0m interest free loan extended to Adventus)? Is IPO too slow and that the commodity biz he is eyeing is an opportunity too good to miss?
