x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Banking stocks especially the 3 locals are the best buy.  It doesn' t matter whether interest rates go up or down, they will still make billions. The only time that they will take a hit in during economic crisis, like the GFC, etc. Other than that, they will always be profitable. Still remember DBS was trading at $13++ several years ago, it was really lelong to the max.
