hope they start to prepare for the listing of uk reits again. capital lock down by privatisation of m& c is quite huge. once fed start reducing the interest rate, they can start and by the time ready to list the interest reduction cycle might be 3 times already. reits will fetch good price then. not after 3 cycle of reduction then start may be too late. |

Yes indeed, too much value locked up in any property is a pure waste. Unlock the value and share around. I do miss the previous CEO Mr Quek Leng Joo. He was an avid photographer. good move to clear the w sentosa residential units at lower 40% lower price then initial launch. rather then hold a lease hold project and pay developer penalty. better clear at low price. recover cash and move to next project. can always make back there with lower land cost. gov land sale may accept lower tender price since the going price of completed units has come down. different valuations different parameters for sla/ura to set a reasonable land price. hope it marks a reset to property price to acceptable level for mass. |
