We all onboard to Madagascar for holiday Rigoll sell only a show To trigger the CB so everyone dumping CK collect back at cheap as everyone worried with more CB to come Fear of going 0.001 which I don't know if they will but there is possibility to reach at least 0.005 CK thrown out so many shares from 0.062, of course would like to take it back at current price VC as I mentioned earlier just their vehicle, VC subscribe and dump right after getting the shares from ISR. They can't dump to profit from the higher price, that will be asking CK to hit their own feet. Take out $1000 from left pocket, VC earn $10, then return the $990 to CK right pocket. Simple as that and not more than that. You can monitor from all CB process VC or similar action never hold the shares for too Long. They earn commission only. Not the real share price spread, subscribe Low and dump higher price. CK not so stupid. So these instruments are usually issued by cash-strapped companies that are out of alternatives. The bonds have a 2.5 per cent coupon and are due in 2018. Magnus Energy inked a similar deal in 2014, to issue up to $35 million convertible notes due in 2017 to VCAM. VCAM has been converting and selling shares since then. On Tuesday, it converted $400,000 worth of notes into 444 million shares at 0.09 cent apiece, below the market price of 0.1 cent. About 435 million shares changed hands that day, and the counter closed unchanged at 0.1 cent. Meanwhile, a third company linked to the penny stock crash - ISR Capital, formerly known as Asiasons WFG - has been the subject of repeated queries from the Singapore Exchange requesting better disclosure, to which ISR has given terse replies. In May, a share sale by VCAM to Mr David Francis Rigoll, a former director of Tantalus Rare Earths, gave him a major stake in ISR Capital and a seat on its board.
